Olivia's Graduation Celebration

Olivia's graduation celebration.

June is graduation time in the States. Here in Italy it is the beginning of comprehensive exams covering all your years in high school and the long process, oral and written, of finding out whether you will be granted a diploma. For Olivia the results of these exams will determine which UK school she will be accepted in since each has requested a certain grade.

There are four seniors who are here because of their father's work with Boeing. Two went to an international school in Brindisi (2 hours away) and two who go to local schools. Since Italian schools do not have a graduation ceremony we decided to have one for the kids so they wouldn't feel like they were missing out on one of the big American traditions.
